What is Yoga?
The word ''yoga'' comes from the sanskrit root yuj, which means ''to join'' or ''to yoke''. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind and spirit. The continued practice of yoga brings a sense of peace and well-being. It infuses a deep feeling of being at one with our environment. The union with all.

It means coming back to our natural, original, immaculate form. It means to find a path of wellness, peace, calm and bliss with the tools used by the yogic millenial practice.
What is ASANATURE?
Asanature is born from the simple intention to serve the greatest common good of human kind, to support, help, instruct other ways to live, think, breathe and be. We offer yoga classes, workshops, yoga therapy consultations, naturopathy consultations, international yoga retreats and trainings.
What is Yoga Therapy?
It is a self-empowering process. The care-seeker, with the help of the yoga therapist, implements a personalized and evolving yoga practice. It addresses the illness in a multi-dimensional manner, but also aims to alleviate the person discomfort in a progressive, non-invasive that is complementary to modern medical care. Depending on the nature of the illness, yoga therapy can be preventative or curative, but also serves as a tools to manage the illness, or facilitate healing at all levels.
