SEEK the nature within You.
Are you willing to step out of your comfort zone?
Out of your mind. Out of the finitude of your thoughts, the limited beliefs, and mental chatting that keep you away from reaching into the infinite possibilities.
As William Blake says ; “If the doors of perception were cleansed everything would appear to man as it is, Infinite.''
Once you stepped on this path, there is no turning back. KNOWLEDGE, WISDOM and CONNECTION come at the price of your commitment, dedication and trust in your ability to heal yourself.
Many stories are heard from the turbulences of the MIND. Yet, the Sufi poet Rumi says:
''There is a voice (within you) that doesn't use words. Listen.''
Embrace quietness, stillness, and the withdraw of the senses to experience the truth of what it means to BE.
Use your BODY as a tool, a conduit for love, compassion and gratitude. Because,
''It is through your body that you realize you are a spark of divinity.''
- B.K.S. Iyengar
What is Yoga?
The word ''yoga'' comes from the sanskrit root yuj, which means ''to join'' or ''to yoke''. Yoga is an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for the body, mind and spirit. The continued practice of yoga brings a sense of peace and well-being. It infuses a deep feeling of being at one with our environment. The union with all.
"We don't have to do yoga. Yoga is our natural state of being."
It means coming back to our natural, original, immaculate form. It means to find a path of wellness, peace, calm and bliss with the tools used by the yogic millenial practice.
